By downloading, accessing, or using SWIRL, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the EEA, to use SWIRL. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use SWIRL only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

• You sign in with your phone number and a one-time passcode. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app or at swirl.style/delete-account.

SWIRL is a fashion discovery platform. We help you find products from third-party brands and retailers and assemble collections, which we call curations. SWIRL is not a seller or retailer. We do not sell products, hold inventory, process orders, or handle shipping or returns. Those are the responsibility of the retailer you purchase from.

• SWIRL is free to use. When you choose to buy, we route you to the retailer’s own website or app to complete the purchase.
• These links may be affiliate links, through Cuelinks. If you buy through them, SWIRL may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
• All pricing, availability, payment, delivery, warranties, returns, and refunds are governed by the retailer’s terms. SWIRL is not a party to your transaction with the retailer and is not responsible for it.
• Product information in SWIRL, such as prices, images, and descriptions, is sourced from retailers and may be out of date or inaccurate. Always confirm on the retailer’s site.

You agree not to:

• Use SWIRL for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Post, share, or create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to SWIRL or its systems.
• Use SWIRL to send spam, or to build a competing dataset or service.

SWIRL lets you create curations and other content, some of which may be visible to other users or shared publicly.

• You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant SWIRL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it within the app for the purpose of operating the service, for example to show a curation you published to other users.
• You are responsible for the content you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
• We may remove content or limit features at our discretion to keep the community safe and the service compliant.

Search, the AI stylist, and recommendations are generated automatically and are provided for convenience only. They are suggestions, not professional, financial, or styling advice, and they may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions. See the Privacy Policy for how AI features process your input.

SWIRL, along with its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by SWIRL and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of SWIRL except as expressly permitted. Product names, brands, and images belong to their respective owners.

SWIRL relies on and links to third-party services, including retailers, affiliate networks, and cloud and AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SWIRL is not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.

You may stop using SWIRL and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law, will survive.

SWIRL is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that product information is accurate or that the service will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWIRL and its founder, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your transactions with retailers, your reliance on AI recommendations, or your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SWIRL and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the app, your content, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India, shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of SWIRL.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
