Delete your account

We would rather tell you exactly what happens than summarise it, so here is the whole picture.

• Erased straight away. Your name, phone number, email address, any linked Google or Apple sign-in, your profile photo, and your gender. Your saved addresses are permanently deleted. You are signed out on every device immediately, and the account cannot be signed into again.
• Kept, with your identity removed. Your swipes, searches, wishlist, cart, orders and session records. These stay in our systems in a form no longer linked to you as a person, and are used to improve recommendations for everyone. They are not used to contact you, and not used to rebuild a profile of you.
• Kept where the law requires it. Transaction records, for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.

If you would also like your anonymised activity records removed, email contact@swirl.style and we will action it within 30 days.

If you still have SWIRL installed, this is the quickest route: open the Account tab, scroll to Delete Account, and confirm. It takes effect immediately.

No app needed. Verify the mobile number on your account with a one-time code, then confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
